Artem and Marta are two young siblings that are very naughty and play all the time, even when they should be careful. Each time they walk out of school they don’t pay attention to something on the road (like the traffic light, or a sign etc) and the School’s Traffic Office Miss Tamara along with her dog and loyal traffic partner Mr. Tomko teaches them the importance of Traffic Code. After each episode Artem and Marta never forget a lesson and no matter how much they argue or have fun they become more and more aware and careful when they are outside or about to cross the road.
